You will be taught the Philosophy of Reiki and its origins, you will be taught the hand positions that will enable you to carry out a Reiki self healing and to give a Reiki treatment to consenting friends and family.

At this level you learn the Reiki building blocks necessary to allow you to progress to Level 2.
